Overview

Zenith by AP (“Zenith”) is a private property and vehicle portfolio application developed by Andrzej Pilacik. Zenith does not use advertising, third-party analytics, data brokers, or cross-app tracking.

Information Zenith handles

Depending on the features you use, Zenith may handle:

Where information is stored

Your portfolio is stored locally using Apple SwiftData. Imported and scanned document files are stored in the application’s private Application Support directory. Zenith stores Apple’s stable user identifier in the iOS Keychain and profile preferences in the application’s private preferences. Identity tokens and authorization codes are not retained.

Zenith does not operate a developer-controlled account or analytics server.

iCloud and family sharing

Zenith uses your iCloud account only when you explicitly share or accept a property or vehicle. Each shared resource uses a separate private CloudKit zone and Apple’s native invitation interface. Public CloudKit access is disabled, and recipients receive read-only access.

A shared snapshot may include the selected resource and approved contacts, systems, maintenance, to-dos, payment metadata, service history, tires, and document metadata. It excludes financial account references, insurance policy numbers, document files, local filenames, recognized document text, opaque research data, and provider or dealer street addresses.

Apple processes Sign in with Apple, iCloud, and CloudKit data under Apple’s privacy terms. People you invite can access the information included in that specific shared resource.

Documents and text recognition

Camera scans and imported files are processed on the device using Apple frameworks. Recognized text and durable document copies remain in Zenith’s private local storage. Zenith does not upload document bytes through its CloudKit sharing feature.

Notifications and maps

If you enable reminders, Zenith schedules local notifications through iOS based on dates in your portfolio. Zenith does not use a developer notification server.

When you request directions, Zenith opens an HTTPS link in Apple Maps or Google Maps according to your preference. The selected maps provider receives the destination and normal connection information under its own privacy policy. Zenith does not include a Google SDK or connect a Google account.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you edit it, delete individual records, delete your Zenith account data, or remove the app. CloudKit sharing data remains until its owner stops sharing or deletes the account data that owns it.

To delete your account data, open Zenith, select Profile, and choose Delete account. Zenith deletes all local portfolio records, documents, reminders, preferences, and stored Apple identity information. It permanently deletes every Zenith CloudKit resource you own, which also removes participant access. For resources owned by someone else, Zenith removes your participation and local imported copy without deleting the owner’s original data.

Zenith does not retain the server tokens required to revoke Sign in with Apple authorization itself. After deletion, the app explains how to revoke Zenith under iOS Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.

Children

Zenith is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated service.
